What is the PRINCESS MONONOKE – IMAX Fans’ Screening?
A special one-time screening for fans to experience Princess Mononoke on the giant IMAX screen before its general IMAX release. It includes an exclusive fan bundle of limited-edition merchandise.

Is the $46 bundle price for one person or a group?
The bundle is priced per person and includes one admission ticket to the Fans' Screening plus all the bundle items listed.

Will I be able to choose which movie cards I get?
No. Each bundle comes with 2 random movie cards out of 5 possible designs. It’s part of the fun!

How do I collect my merch on the event day?
Present your physical ticket stubs and collection slips at the Fans' Screening Redemption Counter at the screening location to collect your items.
You can print out your tickets and redemption slips at the Box Office Counters or Self-Service Kiosks. The redemption slips will be collected by staff during redemption.

When does redemption start on event day?
Redemption counters open 1 hour before the screening time. We strongly encourage you to arrive early to avoid long queues and last-minute rush.

Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes, but they must present your physical ticket stubs and redemption slips. Redemption is strictly based on slips and we will not entertain redemption without the valid slips.

What if I miss the redemption window?
Redemptions must be made before or shortly after your screening time. Counters will close 30 minutes after the start of the movie, and we cannot guarantee availability of items afterward.
Please plan to arrive early to ensure you can collect your merch and be seated in the hall in time!

I can’t make it that day. Will there be other Fans' Screenings? Will the merch be available for purchase elsewhere?
Unfortunately, no. The Fans' Screening is a one-time event held only on the specified date, time, and venues. All items included in the bundle is exclusive to this screening and won’t be sold separately.

Any other terms and conditions that I need to be aware of?

• All promotions/offers/packages/corporate and group bookings/concession rates are not applicable for this event screening.
• Movie vouchers and complimentary/VIP passes cannot be used to exchange for tickets to this event screening.
• All purchases and included items are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for credit, goods or benefit in kind of part thereof.
• Redemption of all items is strictly based on physical redemption slips and we will not entertain any redemption without the valid slips.
• All included items must be redeemed at the same time. Partial redemption is not allowed.
• Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd reserves the right to forfeit any unclaimed items after the collection period.
• Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any claims which may be made by the participants who are unable to redeem the said items or whatsoever.
• Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or withdraw any of the patrons’ movie entitlements without prior notice should the patron be found sharing tickets.
